From our friends QOHELETH’s new label Philip K Disks, Alternative Control presents the label’s debut release: 64 minutes of noise from a band called HEP LAD. The album, titled >>[:]<<, was conceived by David Lee Price and Erik Highter while grieving the death of a mutual friend. The composers say that music is the best form of therapy — let’s just say this therapy must be the experimental kind that’s not yet approved by the FDA. Listen below and order your digital or cassette copy here.
HEP LAD’s prior releases have been benefits for either Camp Kesem or the Transgender Law Center. These are still available and proceeds still go to these causes. Please see their bandcamp page for more information and to hear their earlier work: https://heplad.bandcamp.com.
