Yes, it’s possible to eat healthy snacks while watching football.
I busted some out the other day for the Giants/Cowboys game and was pretty much the only one eating them. My goal was to have appetizing finger foods without sugar or dairy. As you can see, I ended up with a colorful selection…
- Almonds
- Raw veggies and hummus
- Grapes
- Olives
- Pepperoncini peppers
- Roasted red pepper slices
- Nut Thins
This spread also happened to be gluten-free and vegetarian, but that was more by coincidence than design. I still had a few chicken wings and cheese slices, but that was balanced out by plenty of baby carrots. Everything in moderation!
Here are some more ideas for healthy football snacks:
- Mango “Fries” and Kale Chips
- White Bean Dip

What do you serve in a healthy snack spread?
YES! Pull out the veggies and hummus and I’m a happy girl! And you can still get that crunch from carrots and nuts without mindlessly downing a bag of Fritos. 😉 Nice job!
